Natural Sciences Image Library
Welcome to the Natural Sciences Image Library (NSIL). We are a photographic stock library specialising in natural science images, both pure and applied from New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.

Our experience in the photographic and publishing industries spans 17 years and our collection has been accumulated over the last 40 years.

Examples of pure sciences pictures we hold:
flora (mosses, lichens, ferns, gymnosperms, monocots, dicots), fauna (annelids, molluscs, echinoderms, crustacea, insects, spiders, fish, frogs, reptiles, birds, mammals), fungi, conservation and ecology, geology and earth sciences, botany and adaptations.

agriculture, horticulture, beekeeping, forestry.

We specialise in natural science images that are of scientific and/or 'technological' interest and importance.

We have a large collection of images not yet represented on this web site, so if you can't find what you want, just e-mail, phone or fax us (contact details). We will send low resolution images as an e-mail attachment for you to select from. There is no charge for this service.
